Chef Alejandro Remolina brings more than 18 years of culinary experience to every table. Venezuelan-born, New York–raised, and now rooted in the South Carolina Lowcountry, his cooking reflects a career shaped by restaurants, private dining, catering, leadership, and a deep respect for hospitality.
